~ Love Letter Number 2 ~
My dearest daddy, I’m back again, I find after my letter just the other day
I have much more to say. Its been such a long time since you died.
I’ll just sit here by your side.

For I have a story to share!
You were probably unaware of the night mama came back to get us. It was a rainy night in the city as we were rushed to the car. We weren’t sure where we were going,
as we rubbed our sleepy eyes. I wondered where you were daddy, why weren’t you going too? (Since there was a strange man sitting next to mama.) Leaving you left a big hole in my soul that I would spend most of my life trying to fill. It seemed like mama went a little crazy after we left, fighting with the strange man, with her cursing and screaming. Well, going west there were lots of mountains our little chevy coup would climb. And when we arrived in a strange place, I was ashamed of my jeans and dirty shirt. A city girl now planted like a wild flower in dry desert dirt.
