W🔔eeping angels 🔔

Each CHRISTMAS SEASON angels visit our earth
sharing the GOOD NEWS with
all who will listen . 🕯 🔔 🔔

Have you ever wondered if angels get tired and weary?

Do they cry when they see our pain and feel our loss –
When we ignore their care and forget to trust?

Hastening on at the midnight hour
angel’s feet touch the earth – ever
searching for those who will join in song –
But there are none as mortals sleep
there is no one to share their song
but are always returning – no longer weeping

Rejoicing in OUR SAVIOR’S birth!

A Christmas Parable

“An hour glass of passing
Sand . . . From a small child
To a girl who is now grown
And tall” . . .

Even though the way may be
Dark – Unable to find your
Way!

Another door opens slowly, and as I peer in, there is a room so grand
with an hour glass of passing sand. A chair sits in the middle and I take a
seat, as a kind gentle Man beckons me to come with a candle in His hand,
explaining to me – “When you were weary and could not find your way, your path
was dark and you were sure you were lost, your candle with only a flickering
flame – I was always there to lead you – To remind you on this Christmas Day” 🕯 🕯 🕯 🕯

October’s Child 🍂 🍃 🌿

October’s child is bright and fair
Autumn leaves woven through
her long golden hair
Midst apple orchards
pumpkins and squash
Sharing a bountifu harvest through
October’s month

When suddenly there is a chill
in the air, the clouds overhead
look scary and dark, as I run
through empty fields
bare of berries and nuts
I am saddened for asters and mums
as their fallen petals weep for lack
of sun
their seeds soon sealed in coffins
of seeping sod
When she sees my tears
waving good-bye, she gives the
promise of November’s child soon
to come, preparing the earth for
its long winter’s sleep

For “While the earth remains
seedtime and harvest
Cold and heat
winter and summer
and day and night
shall not cease”
Quote from The Book of Beginnings

Chapter 8:22

the 7th day of creation week

Entering God’s Rest

Evening came on that 6th day of creation week,
the first Sabbath evening of a brand new earth!
Man and beast gazed upon a wonderous world, as shadows began to fall upon the splendor of an eastern sky.
In the heavens the very first moon and stars reflect their light.
In the distance a trill of a bird offers its evening song.
Sounds of waters flow deep and sound.

And Adam and his wife fell peacefully asleep. . . .

life in God’s garden

The History Of Creation

After That Great Week of Time!

God planted a garden eastward in Eden and
there He put the man He had formed . . .
And a river went out to water the garden.
The blue heavens for a dome, with a carpet of living green,
and delicate flowers in their rapturous colors.
It is hard to imagine a place like this!

But heaven’s time is not in our time
it is not limited to our space
it extends beyond the
imaginings of the human mind.
To God a day is as a thousand
years in an eternity of bliss!

🌻🌻 the happy flower 🌻 🌻

The month of August celebrates ‘National Sunflower Day’

Of all the flowers – the bright
sunny yellow sunflowers
stand straight and tall
In meadow, vale and the
strangest places spreading
happiness with their funny
faces
When day is done
bowing their heads
awakening at the
rising of the sun
Their seeds of harvest bring
tears of joy
Sharing with the world
their vials of golden oil 🌞 🌻 😊 😍

September’s Child 🧒

The last few days of August –
the ‘Sunday of Summer’ month
bringing forth a harvest of plenty
Welcoming September with her
leaves of burnished brown and
gold! 🍁 🍂 🍁

September’s child is
full of grace
September’s child is
happy with a grin on her face
The month for harvesting pumpkins, apples and the finest of grapes
with the promise of bread upon our tables
September’s child
is full of bright golden hours

“Born between
heat and cold”
